CALGARY, AB — September 28, 2026 — 4 Local Homes reports completing 56 residential renovation projects in Calgary since launching its Alberta operations in June 2026, marking the first major project milestone for the company’s Calgary division.
The completed projects include 28 bathroom renovations, 14 kitchen renovations, eight full condominium remodels and six whole-home renovation projects across Calgary.
The project mix reflects the range of residential renovation services introduced when 4Local Homes expanded into the Calgary market earlier this year.

28 Bathroom Renovations
Bathroom renovations represent the largest category of completed Calgary projects since the June launch.
The 28 completed bathroom projects have included complete bathroom remodels, ensuite renovations, walk-in showers, bathtub-to-shower conversions, waterproofing, tile installation, vanities, lighting, plumbing modifications and fixture upgrades.
Some projects involved updating existing bathrooms while maintaining the original layout, while others required more extensive plumbing, electrical or layout modifications.

The Calgary division has also completed 14 kitchen renovation projects since June.

Several projects also involved changes to the existing kitchen layout and improvements to the relationship between the kitchen, dining and living areas.
“Our objective is not simply to replace cabinets and countertops,” Mann said. “A kitchen renovation should improve how the homeowner actually uses the space, so layout, storage, lighting, electrical requirements and circulation all need to be considered together.”
Eight Full Condo Renovations
Another eight completed projects involved full condominium renovations.
These projects combined multiple renovation scopes within individual units, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting, lighting, cabinetry and general interior finishing.
Condominium renovation projects can involve additional coordination with building management or condominium corporations regarding contractor access, elevator use, working hours, common-area protection, insurance documentation and renovation procedures.
