Dr. Zarghami has dedicated his professional career to diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders, including spinal injuries, disc herniations, spinal stenosis, sciatica, and other orthopedic conditions. His clinical approach combines thorough physical examinations, functional assessments, chiropractic manipulation, rehabilitation protocols, physiotherapy, and soft tissue therapies designed to restore function and improve long-term patient outcomes. His extensive experience managing complex musculoskeletal conditions provides a strong foundation for objective medical-legal evaluation, causation analysis, and impairment assessment.
Currently practicing with Awender Chiropractic through an assignment at MayView Community Health Clinic, Dr. Zarghami has played an important role in expanding access to chiropractic care within underserved communities. He performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, provides chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic taping, and collaborates closely with multidisciplinary healthcare providers using integrated electronic health record systems. His experience within a collaborative medical environment has strengthened his ability to evaluate patients from a comprehensive, evidence-based perspective.
Prior to joining MayView Community Health Clinic, Dr. Zarghami owned and operated Zarghami Chiropractic, where he specialized in the treatment of spinal disorders and rehabilitation. He also served as an Associate Doctor at Full Motion Chiropractic, gaining extensive experience utilizing Diversified and Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC) techniques while performing comprehensive orthopedic examinations and radiographic analysis. Earlier in his healthcare career, he worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, providing him with valuable knowledge in medication management, patient communication, and healthcare operations that complements his clinical expertise.
Dr. Zarghami earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of California, Riverside. He has further enhanced his clinical skills through advanced training in Cox Flexion-Distraction Technique, rehabilitation, chiropractic manipulation, emergency response, and patient safety. He maintains an active California chiropractic license and previously held professional licensure in Iran, reflecting his diverse clinical background and commitment to serving patients from a variety of cultural and healthcare settings.
As a California Qualified Medical Evaluator, Dr. Zarghami objectively evaluates industrial injuries, determines causation, assesses permanent impairment, analyzes disability, provides apportionment opinions, and prepares comprehensive medical-legal reports in accordance with California Division of Workers’ Compensation regulations. His balanced clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to evidence-based medicine ensure every evaluation is fair, accurate, and professionally supported.
